  Very disappointed with the service received today. Test drove a used plugin hybrid and told getting out that someone else is booked to test drive it now so if we want it we needed to decide now. Which made us feel quite uncomfortable and then when we agreed to buy it, asked if any movement on price (like you do) and was told there was a 3rd person interested in it so no movement on price. Annoyed that they were playing games asked to speak to the manager and when he came out he then said there wasn’t a 3rd person interested but no movement on price as no money in selling it. We would have actually bought the car for asking price but because no proper discussion about why they felt that price was reasonable (even though we could find others online for cheaper) plus feeling pressured into it and then being lied to, we walked out. It came across as if they didn’t want to sell it to us at all. They also hadn't charged the car so we couldn’t even test drive it fully! Actually really liked the sales guy and thought he was genuine but the manger clearly wasn’t so doubted the whole experience. Won’t be going back.

  I would just like to say the staff at Ken Brown garage in Stevenage are some of the most friendliest people I’ve come across they all seem to love being in their work place. The customer is definitely their number one priority.   Having been unable to book into my usual Hyundai dealer due to their limited availability I found Ken Brown and although closer to me the journey takes longer due to traffic, however, after the most amazing, professional and attentive service delivered by Giovanni I don't think I will be booking my car in anywhere else. From the outset, getting an appointment that suited me, the communication both before and after have been 1st class and the standard of service, timeliness of delivery, e.g. car being aready when they say it will, and the politeness of the people makes it a must when it comes to booking again next year. Thanks for such a great experience and your are a credit to the Hyundai brand.

  Great Hyundai dealer and show room at this location. I have been here twice and both times I have had a very pleasent, informative experience. So much so that I will be picking our new car up soon. The gentlemen that work here are absolutely wonderful. Specifically Adrian and Rhys. Very relaxed, welcoming demeanour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I had full autonomy to test drive their vehicles as I wished and there was certainly nothing pushy at all when it came to the sales procedure. Really top notch experience. Thanks very much guys.
